How it works
- Apply online. Four short sections: about you, your driving record, your authority and your vehicle. It takes about two minutes.
- We email you the next steps. This usually happens within 2–3 hours.
- Our team talks loads with you. For Sprinter vans and cargo vans, our dispatch team follows up. For box trucks and hot shot rigs, we may pass your application to a partner company that has loads for those vehicles.
What the application asks
- Your name, phone number and email.
- Whether your motor vehicle record (MVR) is clean. If it is not, you describe the violations or suspensions. Only our team can see that description, and we do not send it by email.
- Whether you have your own USDOT or MC number, and the number if you do.
- Your vehicle type, year, make and model.

Do I need my own USDOT or MC number?
Not necessarily. Enter your USDOT or MC number on the application if you have one. Sprinter van drivers can run under Transportli’s MC authority and insurance. For other vehicles, we tell you what applies in the next-steps email.
What happens after I apply?
We email you the next steps, usually within 2–3 hours. Our dispatch team follows up on Sprinter van and cargo van applications.
Why do you ask about my driving record?
