As with our service we send a shipping order with terms and conditions for you to sign and fax back. After we receive the auto shipping order we post your auto in the system for a carrier to pick up. When an auto shipping carrier calls we assign the auto for pickup and email you a dispatch sheet. The dispatch sheet will have everything about the auto shipping order on it. The dates of pickup and delivery, the carrier’s contact information, the vehicle information, the amount to pay the carrier C.O.D.

The truck driver will then call you in advance to confirm pickup time. Please have someone there for both pick up and drop off of the auto. When the driver arrives at the pickup location it is very important you conduct a vehicle inspection with the truck driver. Any dings and dents should be marked on the report. When the vehicle gets dropped off you need to conduct another inspection with the driver.

Be prepared to pay the driver in cash or bank check upon delivery. If you need to pay in another form other than cash or bank check it is up to you to contact the driver or his company in advance to make arrangements. Once you pay the driver he will off load the vehicle, conduct an inspection, have you sign for the vehicle and give you the keys.

Beware the “Too Good to Be True” Quote
