“I accepted their quote on 2/14 and paid them on 2/15. They were to pick up the vehicle on a choice of three dates. I flew to California to meet them and they would not tell me when they could come. They ended up picking the car up two days late. But then took them 11 days to get the vehicle to Illinois. When it arrived it was covered in dirt and salt. After it was washed it was found to be severely damaged and they took no responsibility.”
